Pengendali persediaan bertanggung jawab untuk membuat keputusan mengenai kebijakan keluar masuk barang. Produksi dan prosedur harus diperhitungan dengan tepat agar dari semua yang ditangani memperlancar prose produksi. Terkadang terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam proses pencatatan dan pengolahan persediaan barang pada suatu Perusahaan. Terkait hal itu akan berdampak pada proses produksi dan transaksi penjualan. Perancangan sistem yang diusulkan adalah agile scrum. Scrum merupakan sebuah model yang mengutamakan kecepatan pengembangan yang terdisi dari Product Bcklog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Sprint, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, dan Finished Work. Penyusunan daftar prioritas fitur dan kebutuhan sistem dalam bentuk Product Backlog mendukung percepatan pengembangan sistem pengendali stok barang.
