Withdrawal Policy

Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted manuscripts, as withdrawal wastes valuable resources, as editors and referees spend significant time processing submitted manuscripts and the work invested by the Publisher. However, authors may request withdrawal if there is no updated progress review information from us after six months.

Withdrawal Penalty

Manuscripts Under Review. If an author still requests withdrawal of their manuscript while it is still under peer review, they will be penalized with a $100 withdrawal penalty per paper to the Publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if it has been accepted by another.
Manuscripts Accepted for publication. Withdrawal of a manuscript accepted for publication will be penalized with a $200 penalty per paper. Withdrawal of a manuscript is only permitted after the penalty has been fully paid to the Publisher. If the author does not agree to the penalty, the author and their affiliates will be blacklisted from publication in this journal. Even previously published articles will be removed from our online system.
