TITLE

Max. 18 words, Times New Roman, 12pt, bold, and centered.

ABSTRACT

The abstract provides a general overview of the paper's content and must be written in Times New Roman 10, single-column format, with single line spacing. The maximum length is 250 words. Non-standardized foreign terms must be italicized. Citations are not permitted within the abstract. The abstract should include the background, problem statement, research/paper objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

INTRODUCTION

The introduction includes the background, objectives, problem identification, and research methods, presented implicitly. Except for the Introduction and Conclusion sections, chapter titles should be explicit and reflect their specific content; they do not necessarily have to be titled "Theoretical Framework" or "Design." The introduction typically accounts for 10-20% of the entire paper. Ensure that the research objective is clearly stated in this section.

METHODS

The methods section should formulate the research problem in detail (mathematically, where possible) and explain the proposed method. If an algorithm is used, it should be explained here along with the state of the art. The methods section generally accounts for 20-30% of the total paper.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

This section describes the research findings and the tests conducted. Additionally, it provides an analysis and discussion of those results. This should be the most substantial part of the paper, typically comprising 50-65% of the total content.

CONCLUSION

The conclusion summarizes the essence of the entire paper. It must be written in paragraph form, not as a list. The conclusion should not merely repeat sentences already found in the abstract.

REFERENCES

References should, as much as possible, consist of publications from the last 5 years, except for classic/primary textbooks. A minimum of 10 references is required. Priority should be given to research articles in recent journals, conference proceedings, and/or scientific magazines. Other sources may include textbooks or research reports (including undergraduate/final projects, theses, and dissertations), but should not exceed 15% of the total references.

References must follow the IEEE Format. Every source listed in the references must have been cited within the manuscript. The use of reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero is highly recommended.
